End to end process to create a new app to complete the onboarding of multiple portfolios and sites in less time
General info
Pain points: process very complex, steps not clear, takes too long to complete and system does not inform users of changes.
Solution: create a wizard with different steps to set up a site and inform users which info is not complete.
General info tab: this is the first one with the main info of the site: location and KPIs.
There are mandatory and non mandatory fields. KPIs are split into different sections to make it easier. Sections can be expanded and collapsed and users can see how many fields of the mandatory are already filled.
Providers
Sites can be created manually from scratch or migrate existing ones.
In this tab users can see all the different providers.
If all mandatory fields are not complete the provider is highlighted in red.
Import assets button will only be active when all mandatory fields are complete.
The imported assets will be located in the Assets tab.
Assets
This tab is where users will be spending most of their time and the goal was to make it as easier as possible due to its complexity.
This tab is split into 2 different parts: main information of the asset and signals where users need to set up.
